Ally Bogard has been leading yoga and meditation classes, retreats, immersions, and 200/300 hr teacher trainings throughout the world for over fifteen years. Born & raised in Canada, she is now based in New York City where she holds weekly group meditations, classes and speciality events for all levels of practitioners.
She currently mentors, coaches and offers counsel on an individual basis.
Through great teachers and a devoted studentship, she has cultivated a unique voice and approach to the application and embodiment of self-inquiry and spiritual practices.
She is the co-creator of Upwards.gold, Gaiatri Yoga Teacher Training and Sound Mind Meditation.
Ally has taught for YogaJournal, Wanderlust, The MoMA, Summit Series, BAM and many more large-scale events throughout the world.
